Shipping Destinations
We ship within the GCC to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman from Kuwait.
Kuwait Delivery
Orders will be charged a flat rate of 2- 3.5 KWD depends on the area. Orders send out for delivery within first or second day of the checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping will be charged a upon the weight of the package . Orders are processed Sunday through Saturday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding Friday and public holidays. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.
We use Kuwait local shipping company to ship the package . It takes 7-10 days to receive the shipment.
Please note that customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you require further information regarding this, we advise you that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Rush my Order
If you need your items before normal processing or shipping time, please contact us immediately. We will do whatever we can do accommodate you whether it’s rushing processing or expediting shipping or both. Please note that processing and shipping are two separate processes.
